ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders placed with Crafted Glow Studio LLC require 100% payment in full before any designing, preparation, or production begins. This policy applies to all products, including custom and personalized orders.
We do not accept partial payments, deposits, or payment arrangements.
Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee or confirm an order. Orders are confirmed only after pricing is agreed upon and full payment has been received.
Processing and production times vary depending on the product ordered and current order volume.
Crafted Glow Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payments collected for orders canceled by Crafted Glow Studio LLC will be refunded.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade, custom, personalized, and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.
Digital products are covered under our separate Digital Products Policy.

All custom orders require 100% payment in full before any designing, preparation, purchasing of materials, or production begins. No deposits, partial payments, or payment arrangements will be accepted.
Customers must carefully review and approve all personalization details before production begins. Crafted Glow Studio LLC is not responsible for errors in information provided or approved by the customer.
Production times vary depending on the product ordered and current order volume. Production will not begin until full payment has been received.
