Orders are processed after payment has been received. Processing times vary based on the product ordered and current production volume. Crafted Glow Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade, custom, personalized, and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.
Digital products are covered under our separate Digital Products Policy.
