Returns

For safety and quality reasons, all candle sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on candles once they have been shipped or delivered.

Damaged Orders

We carefully inspect and package each candle before shipping. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the damaged candle

• Clear photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the best solution.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only considered for:

• Items damaged during delivery

• An incorrect item sent due to our error

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your candle has entered production, we are unable to cancel the order.
